Web Design

SEO web design, built to be found and not just to look good.

Web design here means a custom-built, fast, crawlable website engineered as the foundation for search visibility. When your current site can't carry the SEO work, this is what comes first.

Proof this works

Relevant client result

A from-scratch build took Kim Penner from no online store to 5+ sales a month and 291 Google clicks in three months. With no ongoing retainer.

From a combined website-and-SEO program. Shown as relevant proof of the approach, not isolated attribution to this one discipline.

When the website is the bottleneck

You can do everything else right and still get nowhere if the site itself is the constraint: a page-builder template too slow to rank, a structure that can't expand, a platform that blocks technical fixes, or a design that looks fine and converts no one. At that point more content and links are money poured into a bucket with a hole in it.

A website built for SEO is a different object from a website built to look nice in a pitch. It's fast on a phone, structured so search engines and buyers can both navigate it, and built to change the day something needs changing. Because it will.

Scope

What SEO web design covers.

Custom-coded, no page builders, no off-the-shelf themes.

Custom, fast, crawlable build

Hand-built for performance and for search engines to read, not a heavy template you'll be apologising for in a year.

SEO-first architecture

URL structure, internal linking and page hierarchy planned around how people search, before a pixel is designed.

Conversion-focused design

Layouts that turn the visibility you earn into calls and forms, because ranking without converting is just traffic.

Hosting and maintenance

Built, hosted and maintained as part of the engagement, so a fix goes live the day it's found instead of joining a developer's queue.

Standalone, or the first phase

Sometimes a focused website is the whole job. A business that needs credibility and a clear path to enquiry, not an SEO retainer. The P&M Barging project is a documented example, and we'll recommend it when it's the right call.

More often, the website is the first phase of ongoing SEO: the foundation rebuilt so everything after it can compound. Either way, when it's included in an engagement there's no separate build charge.

Questions

Before you commit.

Do I own the website?

When it's built as part of an ongoing engagement, it's built and hosted as part of that engagement rather than sold to you upfront, which is why there's no separate build invoice. Complete the six-month term and it's yours to keep, free; leave early and a one-time buyout takes it with you. A standalone web-design project is quoted and owned differently; we'll be clear which you're buying.

Why custom instead of a page builder?

Page builders trade performance and control for speed of assembly. For a site whose job is to rank and convert, that trade costs you: slower load, bloated code, and limits on the technical work that moves rankings. Custom is built to be found.

Can you redesign without losing my rankings?

Yes, that's a migration, and it's planned deliberately: redirects mapped, content and equity preserved, launch monitored. A redesign that ignores this is how businesses lose years of traffic overnight.
